These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you agree to them. They do not govern any consulting engagement. Each engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
Information, not an offer
The prices, timelines, and guarantees described on this site are published so you can decide whether to book a call. They describe what we offer as of the effective date above. They become binding only when written into a signed agreement between you and Septem Elite LLC. We may change what is published at any time without notice.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of how data platforms work, what they cost, and how long they take are general.
Booking a call
The booking link opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Booking a call does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. Either of us may cancel or decline to proceed.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, and layout of this site belong to Septem Elite LLC. You may view, link to, and quote brief passages from it with attribution. You may not copy it, present it as your own, or use it to train an automated system without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site, such as Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma, belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools we work with.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, scrape it at volume, or use it to send us unsolicited commercial messages. If you find a security issue, report it to security@septemelite.com.
Warranties and liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Septem Elite LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to services we do not control, including Google Calendar. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
